We keep our prices low by maintaining reasonable stock levels, not subscribing to expensive toll free numbers, having no employees, not producing a printed catalog, and trying hard to make our customers happy.  Items ordered that are in stock will be shipped within 24 hours of your order.  Items that are not in stock will be quickly obtained and shipped to you as soon as they are available.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed at Argus Supply.  If you are not happy with any item that you purchase from us, just return it within 15 days for a full refund (minus shipping).  Please contact us at returs@argussupply.com for a return authorization.  Some special order items may have a re-stocking fee. All Pelican Products are covered by a Lifetime Warranty through the manufacturer.
